Acoustic Enclosures & Screens

The use of an Acoustic Enclosure/Acoustic Screen is to help reduce the noise levels of an industrial activity. This could include noise from a fixed point plant in a factory or an outdoor plant on a large industrial estate.

Web Fabrications are specialists in Acoustic Screens and Enclosure manufacturing, we offer full Acoustic Enclosures in the event of a severely noisy environment and these can be fitted with access doors, panels and windows for maintenance, operational and viewing purposes.

Our bespoke enclosures are filled with En 13501 fire rated class A1 non-combustible Rockwool infil and are faced with a glass fibre fabric (others optional upon specification) as a protection against erosion with the added benefit of inert to fungal and bacterial growth; used for the absorption of your required noise specifications.

A full enclosure can dramatically reduce background noise from very noisy environments.

Each Acoustic Enclosure is cost-effectively designed to meet the customer’s noise and environmental challenge.

Acoustic Screens provide a partial solution but work well in reducing a direct impact of the noise level, ideal for the direct noise reduction caused by roads, railways and other outdoor plants.

Here at Web Fabrications we offer our Acoustic Enclosures and Screens in a variety of designs to suit the customer’s needs being it a panel to panel construction for lesser noise reductions required or the more robust frame design, where panels are inserted in to a box section frame to produce a higher noise reduction of up to 50 DBA depending on the design and materials used.
