Rectangular Splitter Attenuators & Bends

Web Fabrications have the knowledge and expertise to design and manufacture any of your rectangular splitter needs. We have a wide range of choice for various applications whether it be for small dust extract plants to large primary or secondary air units. We work closely with yourselves or our own noise consultants to design and manufacture a cost effective solution for the customer.

Our Splitter Attenuators are mainly manufactured in galvanised steel using a folded and screwed/ riveted method with an aerodynamic V SHAPE NOSE to help reduce pressure loss. Our attenuators also are filled with En 13501 fire rated class A1 non-combustible Rockwool infill and as standard are faced with a glass fibre fabric (other liners are available) as a protection against erosion through air flows of up to 20 m/s with the added benefit of inert to fungal and bacterial growth; this is used for the absorption of your required noise specifications.

Different specification requires the possibility of rectangle attenuators with possibly no flanges or even manufactured as a bend/elbow in addition to different body thicknesses, materials, flanges, rockwool liners and end product finishes which are also in our product range; below is a list of our constructions available.
